Aim: Possession, transfer the ball side to side- Outside players, two touches, outside/outside pass not allowed
Key Facts:
Attacking: Movement to create the space-Angles to support-Receiving under pressure-Passing accuracy-Turning-Forward thinking.
Defending: Distances/Interceptions- Covering-Stop passing lanes-Track runs.
Progression: Two touches inside- One touch outside Outside players can't pass to the same player twice
5v5+gk's, 40x20yds, 4x3min reps
Aim to transfer the ball to the gk in the blue box, gk hand = 2pts, gk feet =1pt
Attacking: passing, receiving under pressure, movements, angles, support
Defending: distances, interception, covering
4v2+2, 20x36yrds
Aim: To find passing lanes with body orientation to play forward. Vertical entries vs diagonal entries balls. Movements of 9/11 or 7 to create space to exploit
