Today five-time world champion Lesley Paterson introduces us to three drills you can do on the trainer to become a stronger cyclist and overall triathlete by your first race of the season.

Give the drills a try and then do the prescribed workout:
– Single Leg Drill: 10×1 min each leg (alternate legs)
– Standing & Tough Gear Sprints: 20x 15-sec sprint, 45-sec rest
