Five-time world champion Lesley Paterson introduces us to swim strength exercises you can do anywhere using a cord. Doing these exercises will not only help you become stronger, but they’ll also help you to break down phases of your stroke and have a stronger overall technique.

The Swim Cord Workout:

5x right arm only
5x left arm only
10x double arm

Rest one minute

Repeat entire set three times.
