How do I Set Up Heart Rate Limits in Polar Watches?

Heart rate monitors are a great tool for those just getting into fitness, or even those who are fit but looking to reach the next level of fitness. Polar heart rate monitors allow you to hit your target heart rate zone, which can be found by using their calculator, and showing you how hard you need to work to keep your workout in a fat burning zone. Polar monitors are also equipped with time features, alarm and a calories-burned tracker. In order to maximize your workout, you need to program your personalized target zones into the watch.
