      Most fat-burning workouts have a constant pace for a desired time. Examples include running, jogging, rowing and biking. They are designed, to elevate the heart rate and keep it there for at least 20 minutes.

      Calorie-burning workouts burn calories by increasing your heart rate. These workouts are very intense with very little rest. Examples include boxing, sprinting, aerobic classes and interval training.
