How to Dress to Jog in the Freezing Cold

Jogging can improve cardiovascular health, increase endurance and lower blood pressure levels. People who jog burn calories when they exercise, so jogging makes them less likely to become overweight or obese. Dressing to jog during the spring and summer months can take minimal effort since joggers do not have to wear many clothes. People who jog during the autumn and winter, however, must wear multiple layers of clothing and avoid exposing large areas of their skin to the cold.
