Put the weight bars into the pockets on the vest until you've reached the weight you want.

Put the weight vest on your torso, over a lightweight shirt. Make sure that it is fastened and won't interfere with any of your planned workout activities.

Perform almost any exercise you normally would. Running, jumping and going through calisthenic drills are optimal activities because you'll really utilize the extra weight of the vest. Simply lifting weights as usual with a weight vest won't increase the difficulty by much.

Remove the weight vest and wipe the inside down to keep it from smelling and harboring bacteria. You may leave the weights inside the vests for your next use.

Incorporate a weighted vest into your workouts 5 to 6 days a week, and you'll begin to see that you're faster, stronger and leaner.
