How to Strap on the Tru-Fit Knee Stabilizer

Knee injuries can be debilitating for hardcore athletes. Injuries of the ligaments, cartilage or patella can put a dampener on your exercise or recreation time. Over-the-counter knee braces allow for the proper tracking of the knee during activities such as jogging, skiing, snowboarding or biking. If your pain is severe or if your knee feels unstable, seek the advice of a trainer practitioner. However, after ample physical therapy, the Tru-Fit Knee Stabilizer can give you the support you need to engage in sports activities comfortably and safely.

Instructions

    • 1

Sit down on a bench or chair.

    • 2

Slide the Tru-Fit Knee Stabilizer over your foot and onto your leg. Situate the brace so that the hole lands directly over top of your kneecap, allowing the side hinges to be positioned correctly.

    • 3

Weave the upper and lower straps through the guides above and below the knee.

    • 4

Secure the straps firmly by pulling them tightly and adhering them to the Velcro.
