Waist/Legs/Stomach

Sit on the floor with your knees slightly bent.

Place your feet inside two of the stirrups, with your toes pointing upwards.

Hold the other stirrups with one in each hand.

Pull the stirrups while curling yourself backwards, so you reach a position halfway between lying down and sitting up. It should be a smooth rolly-polly type movement.

Hold this position for 10 seconds and repeat five times.
Waist/Arms

Insert one foot into both bottom stirrups.

Stand with your feet apart, holding the other stirrups in one hand.

Bend down with your waist to the opposite side of the stirrup, pulling at the stirrup as you bend.

Repeat three times.
Arms/Upper Back

Stand with your feet apart.

Grip two stirrups in each hand, with your hands fully extended above your head.

Stretch your arms all the way to one side while pulling at the stirrups, then stretch back.

Repeat four times on both sides.
