1
Stand straight up with your legs almost shoulder width apart. Keep your head straight, shoulders loose and arms dangling at the sides of your body. Take three deep breaths (inhale for four seconds, hold for four seconds) through your nose and out your mouth.

2
Interlock your fingers behind your back. Start breathing in and out slowly through your nose (in, hold and out for two seconds each) and try to touch your elbows together. While still breathing slow and fingers still interlocked, bend your head forward as if about to nod "yes." Hold this position for 30 seconds.

3
While still breathing slow through your nose, allow your arms to drop to your sides and then return to standing position. Then just relax your back and shoulders.
