How to Unlock a Zapp Wristwatch

The Zapp wristwatch monitors your heart whenever you wear it. It helps improve your running routine or your workout training. However, problems can occur when wearing your watch. You can accidentally press a button that locks your watch. This prevents you from making any other adjustments. Fortunately, you can remove this lock feature from your wristwatch.

      Take off your watch. Alternatively, you can unlock it while wearing it on your wrist.

      Press the "Light" button on top of your watch. Press and hold the button.

      Wait for the display to say "Buttons Locked" or "Buttons Unlocked." Press and hold "Light" until it says, "Buttons Unlocked."
