INCREASE YOUR SPEED - Next time you are walking, try increasing your speed. Increasing your speed just slightly will significantly increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories and lose more belly fat.

WALK UP HILL - Walk up and down hills to increase your calorie burning potential. If you currently walk on a flat path, it is time for you to get out and look for a new path. Ups and downs while you are walking increases your metabolism.

INTERVAL TRAINING - Try interval training to increase your fat burning potential. Every 10 minutes try running for one minute. Slowly increase the time until you are running for 2 minutes at a time. Keep increasing your running time. Alternate running and walking for a boost in your metabolism.

PLYOMETRICS - Add plyometrics to your walking routine. Add moves to your walking routine such as jumping, skipping, hopping and bounding. You will increase your fat burning potential by add these moves.
