Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart on a yoga mat.

Clasp your hands together behind your lower back.

Pull your arms back gently to stretch your entire arm. Hold this pose for 10 seconds.

Bring you arms out in front of your body and clasp them together.

Bend at your waist, and bring your head down as close to the floor as possible. This will also stretch and lengthen your arms. Hold this pose for 10 seconds.

Stand up straight and unclasp your hands.

Bring your feet close together, and bend at the knees. Stick out your bottom like you are sitting in a chair.

Stick both arms out so they are pointing toward the front of the room's ceiling. Hold this pose for 10 seconds.

Get on the ground on all fours.

Plant both feet and palms on the ground shoulder-length apart, and then straighten your legs and arms. Your body should make a triangle with the floor. Hold this pose for 10 seconds.

Slowly come down toward the floor in a push-up stance. Hold this pose for 10 seconds.

Rest your thighs and the tops of your feet on the floor, but keep your palm on the ground and your arms straight.

Bend your head back toward your back. Hold this pose for 10 seconds.

Repeat steps one through 13 five times in one session. Perform three sessions a week to lose weight.
