Hapkido Martial Arts Schools in North Carolina

Hapkido is a Korean martial art. Hapkido techniques include kicks, punches and strikes, joint locks, throws and pressure-point attacks. It is a complete martial art that also includes meditation techniques and weapons such as the short stick. It is excellent for self-defense and also teaches knife defense. There are a variety of schools throughout the state of North Carolina.
