How to Train Like a Shaolin Monk
Instructions

1
Meditate every day to rigorously train your mind. Find a form of meditation that focuses your mind on the present moment and trains you to be extremely aware of everything that is happening, both inside you and around you, at every moment.
-
2
Dedicate yourself to extreme strength training every day. This can include conventional practices such as running and weight training, or more obscure Shaolin practices such as holding back an ox with each arm.
-
3
Become impervious to pain through a combination of physical strength, objective observation and training in resisting injury. Be careful not to attempt to advance too quickly in this practice. Experienced Shaolin monks typically break sticks and rocks over each other's heads without injury. If you attempt this before you are ready, you may regret it.
-
4
Live a life of self-discipline and self-denial. Give up sugar, alcohol, sex and time-wasting activities such as going to movies and playing video games. Pursue your objective of becoming a Shaolin monk-like person without distraction or hesitation. This is the only way you can hope to succeed.
