How to Perform a Sidekick

Korean martial arts date back to 50 B.C. to a form known as "Taek Kyon." It was in 1957 that the "Taekwondo" label came into use to refer to a fighting style similar to Tae Kyon. Taekwondo uses many different kicks, punches and blocking techniques. One popular move in Taekwondo is the sidekick.
