1
Drop in on a Wing Chun club in your area. Most clubs are informal and open to visitors, albeit, visitors who participate. Many college campuses have such clubs and many of them practice outdoors. If you would rather just watch than actually attend a meeting, sit nearby and pretend to read a book while spying on the action. Practitioners warn, however, that practice isn't too much fun to watch as a Wing Chun video.

2
Find Wing Chun video clips online. In addition to websites that have archives, a quick search on YouTube turns up hundreds of examples of college age boys practicing their best moves on each other. But be sure to also search for footage of the great Yip Man, a beloved master of Wing Chun.
-
3
Watch the timeless Wing Chun video series "Fat Shan Zhan Xin Sang," the story of how a young Leung Jan came to learn Wing Chun fighting.
-
4
Provoke a friend who knows Wing Chun. Wing Chun is, after all, a practical defense system. If you really wish to see how it's done, you might just have to start a combat situation.
-
5
Attend a Wing Chun tournament in you area. Though some feel that Wing Chun fighting should be reserved for self defense, competitions abound.
