Instructions

1
Verify that you have strong wrists. If you do not have strong wrists, train your wrists to be able to sustain the weight that your back, bicep and other parts of your body will generate during the move. Look up ways to make your wrists stronger by using dumbbells.
-
2
Sit at a table with your opponent. Make sure that you are directly across from each other. Choose arms with which to wrestle. Many opponents choose their strongest arms during competitions.
-
3
Place your wrestling arms on the table. Check to see that your opponent's elbow is flat on the table and his arm is readily bent and waiting for your hand.
-
4
Grip your opponent's hand.
-
5
Exert some pre-match side pressure to your opponent's arm. Make this action seem like it's a precursor to the actual match. The true intention of this act is to catch your opponent off-guard when he exerts some side pressure of his own.
-
6
Pull your arm in closer to your body with each of your opponent's attempts at exerting some side pressure. Keep pulling your arm in closer to your body as he tries to tighten his grip or reposition his arm.
-
7
Begin the match. Keep pulling your arm closer to your body as you exert side pressure on your opponent's arm.
-
8
Take advantage of how close your arm is to your body. Use your strength of your arm and back to pin your opponent's arm.
