These Mountaineers Nearly Died When The Rocks They Were Standing On Gave Way

Without wanting to reference Indiana Jones too many times in one day (we’ve already mentioned him in this monkey attacks kayakers post), we’re going to utter his name again here. Is this because we’re incapable of discussing a film that isn’t about whip-wielding archaeologists with nice hats? No comment.

Putting all jokes about Indiana Jones to one side for a second, this death-defying leap up in the mountains has got ‘Raiders Of The Lost Ark’ stamped all over it. We’re not exactly proud of this, but we may have quietly hummed the film’s iconic theme music while watching the gnarly footage (see below).
