Instructions

1
Remove any paper or tags from your wire hanger. Unscrew the hanger and straighten it out.
-
2
Clip the ends of the hangers with the wire cutters. This removes the wrinkly pieces that will be hard to work with. Leave 18 inches of wire.
-
3
Lay the wire hanger in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors.
-
4
Spray paint the wire hanger a nice bright color. This will make finding the wicket during game play easier. Allow the paint to dry an hour before handling.
-
5
Lay the wire on a table. Measure off 6 inches of the wire. Push the 6 inches off the edge of the table. Fold the wire down in an "L" shape.
-
6
Measure the next 6-inch section of the wire. Push it off the table. Use the table edge and bend this section down in an "L" shape.
-
7
Hold up the wicket and check the shape. It should look like a square-edged "U" shape. Trim away any excess wire from the last leg to keep all three parts equal.
