How to Change the Spool on a Fishing Rod
People fish for enjoyment, sustenance and profit. Some like to spend a leisurely day on the boat or bank, waiting for a fish; others study the lake to find the best spot and do extensive research to find the best bait and line to catch as much as possible. The ability to change spools on your fishing line allows you to quickly switch from one type of fishing line to another or to replace a defective spool. The exact method for replacing a spool will vary based on the manufacturer and type of rod you use.
