How to Attach a Paddleboy Molly Kayak Cart

Kayaks are built to be light and sturdy, but transporting them by yourself over dry land can still be a chore because of their awkward shape. The Paddleboy Molly Kayak Cart offers the convenience of a full-sized kayak cart in a small stainless steel frame capable of supporting up to 200 pounds, more than enough for any sea kayak. The large wheels on the Paddleboy Molly Kayak Cart allow you to cover tough terrain, while the 9 foot strap ensures that your kayak remains secure in the cart no matter how big.

Instructions

    • 1

Unbuckle the strap on the Molly Kayak cart. Lay your kayak on the cart lengthwise, so the bottom of the kayak sits flush with the indented part of the cart.

    • 2

Pull the cart towards the center of the kayak, so about 30 percent of the length is sitting on one side.

This will ensure that there is enough weight on the cart to keep the kayak from slipping.

    • 3

Pull the strap over the kayak and fasten the buckle on the strap. Tighten the strap to ensure a secure hold on your kayak. Unbuckle the strap and slide your kayak off of the Paddleboy Molly Kayak Cart. When you are finished with it, store the cart in the front or back of your kayak.
