Where Can I Order Mongoose Bike Parts?

Mongoose Bicycles has several lines of product. Beginner-level and occasional rider components are sold through department stores such as Wal-Mart and Toys R Us, and sports stores such as Sports Authority. Higher-end products for the more serious rider can be found in many independent bike dealers throughout the U.S. Some sports retailer might be able to provide you with parts. Bike dealers will have the parts or be able to order most of them, and be able to professionally put them on and adjust them.

  1. Department Store Purchases

    • To purchase parts at department stores, call the Mongoose service team at (800) 626-2811 for the nearest location. Be sure to have your model number and date code, which is found on the small sticker near the bottom bracket.

    Special Orders

    • Mongoose's website does not allow customer-direct orders for parts or customized bikes. The company suggests contacting a local Mongoose dealer who might be able to special order a model it doesn't have. But sports stores usually can't put in a special order; the stores are only allowed the models they have on the floor.

    Only Purchase From a Reliable Source

    • While parts can be found online at sites such as eBay or more specific bike sites such as PerformanceBike.com, Mongoose recommends contacting them or your local Mongoose dealer. There is no way to guarantee authenticity and quality of parts bought online. A reputable dealer will not only get the proper products but is qualified to give you expert advice and service.
