About Big Bend in Texas

The Big Bend country of southwest Texas is a remote, wild and fascinating area that includes more than one million acres of public land. The region follows the huge bend in the Rio Grande River that separates Texas from Mexico and includes both the Big Bend National Park and the Big Bend Ranch State Park.
