How to Cannonball into the Water
-
1
Approach the edge of the pool or lake. Make sure the water is at least 6-feet deep. A good rule of thumb is to find water that is as deep as you are tall.
-
2
Take a few steps back from the edge. You'll want a bit of momentum before jumping, so step back a bit, so you can quickly approach the edge.
-
3
Move quickly towards the edge of the pool.
-
4
Jump into the water, drawing your knees as tightly to your chest as possible.
-
5
Experiment with hitting the water at different angles, with the goal of making the biggest splash.
