Scepter Barrel
-
The Powerlyte Scepter tip barrel consists of two pieces that screw together at the middle point of the barrel. The end or back of the Scepter barrel fits into a 6-inch insert and can be made with either stainless steel or black anodized aluminum. The barrel or bore sleeve does not have any o-rings to be replaced, with an auto-aligning domed tip that nestles into place when the barrel is screwed on. O-rings have a tendency to cause the gun barrel to flex during a paintball shot due to the force of air pressure. The elimination of o-rings means that the shot will land where aimed, without straying off target due to flexing.
Scepter Tip
-
The front or tip of the Scepter barrel is made out of aluminum. The Scepter tip is front loaded into the back insert and locks into place when it is screwed in. The tip comes in two different lengths, 12-inch and 14-inch. It comes in a variety of bore sizes, and the bore sizes are colored coded and stamped with their sizes. Bore sizes of the front piece range from .684 to .692, and are made with accurate bore sizing that allows for ease of use with the Scepter barrel. The interior of the tip has a smooth polished aluminum fnish that allows for quick cleaning.
Scepter Kit
-
The Scepter tips are sold in a set or kit that comes with a single barrel insert. The kits can come with one, three or five different sizes or bores of tips. You can also buy additional types depending on your needs.
Paintball Guns
-
The back piece is made to fit four different models of paintball guns: Angels, Autocockers, Impulses and Spyders. The Scepter tips are sold in a set with a barrel insert. They use less air than other types of paintball gun barrels due to their efficient, straight barrel design.
