DIY Paintball Sling
Paintball plays out with special guns that fire compressed paintballs using forced air. Because the paintballs splatter on impact, the game is messy to say the least. Slings help make shots more accurate as they serve as a balance as well as a method of shouldering the weapon when moving around the field. If you make a sling for paintball use simple materials to account for the messiness of the paint.

1
Lay out the nylon webbing on a bench so it is long and straight. If using a grommet tool, punch a grommet 1-inch from either end of the webbing. If using a hole punch, punch holes in the webbing 1-inch from the ends. Hold the punched areas under a lighter flame to melt loose ends.

2
Push the slider buckle over the webbing and loop one end through it to create the length-adjustable sling.
-
3
Slide the punched holes or grommets onto the paintball gun swivel studs, specifically on the guns for sling attachment.
-
4
Place the gun and sling over your shoulder and move the slider to adjust the length to your body size.
