How to Shoot a Paintball Gun Faster

You have the right artillery to decimate your enemy--an efficient weapon, the right armor, vision and precision, but your trigger speed is non-existent. You are shooting less than 10 balls-per-second (BPS) and want to see that increase by 2 to 6 balls per second.
Build freakishly fast fingers, and increase trigger BPS with this simple demonstration that will show you how to strengthen your shooting fingers. Combat will never be the same again.

Instructions

  1. Rubber Band Exercise

    • 1

Wrap 1 rubber band around your pointer and middle finger and pull your fingers apart. Wrap a second rubber band to increase tension.

    • 2

Lift one finger at a time, alternating up and down for at least 30 seconds. Rest, then repeat for at least 5 sets.

    • 3

Alternate each finger slowly to increase strength, by ripping the finger muscles, then try going a little faster.
