Instructions

    • 1

Remove the following parts from your smart parts ion paintball gun: air sources, paintballs, hopper and barrel.

    • 2

Take out 2 of the screws holding the grip on. Then unhook and remove the battery from the gun.

    • 3

Unscrew the 2 silver screws holding the grip frame to the paintball gun body. Also remove the black screw that is visible from the top of the ion where the barrel attaches.

    • 4

Separate the body from the grip frame carefully. Remove the front banjo fitting with an allen wrench to separate the 2 pieces fully.

    • 5

Disconnect and remove the middle banjo fitting. Replace it with your new ion quick exhaust valve.

    • 6

Reattach all of the fittings and reassemble the paintball gun. Reattach the grip frame to the gun body.

    • 7

Replace the battery into the grip frame and reattach the grips.
