      Separate the colors from the whites like you would with any laundry.

      Spray the brunt of the mud and paint off of the clothes with a hose, or let it the mud dry and shake it off.

      Apply a basic pre-wash treatment to all of the mud and paintball marks.

      Run the presoak cycle on your washer to help remove the mud.

      Read the label on each piece of clothing for drying instructions.
