      Look over your InStep Quick EZ bike trailer and make a list of the parts that are worn or need replacement. Jesse Kuester, Store Manager at Wheel & Sprocket, confirms if you need a tire or reflectors, the replacement parts do not need to be InStep specific. InStep uses bicycle industry standard sizes for those two items, and they can be replaced through your local bicycle shop. If it is the canvas cover, seat, window or other parts that are prefabricated, itemize what you need and go to your local InStep bicycle retailer.

      Find your local InStep retailer by visiting the InStep website and scroll to the bottom of the home page and look for the link "Dealer Locator," which will expedite finding the closest retailer to you. If the closest retailer is far away, go back to the home page and look at the top menu bar and choose the "Customer Service" link, where you can describe your situation through their online customer service system.

      Order the parts that you need and if they are difficult to identify, ask your local bike shop for assistance.

      Contact InStep's customer service if your local bike shop is unable to assist you. You can call, 800-242-6110, or contact them online. If using the online system be sure to state that you have an InStep Quick EZ bike trailer and which parts need replacement. If you can't specify them, describe where the part is located on the trailer, the color and any other distinct details. Take a photo and send it after they respond so they can see the exact parts. (The online submission form does not allow for attachments), so you will need to wait for an email directly from a representative. If you send the parts back to InStep directly, ask customer service if a return authorization (RA) number is needed. This allows InStep o track your package and parts when they arrive. It is also helpful to note what you sent, when and insure the package.
