Collect your materials. The best tool for bearing removal is the Pro Tool as this has an Allen key and both a flathead and Phillips head screwdriver. These three heads are all you need to remove any type of bearing on a Rollerblade.

2
Determine whether your Rollerblades have standard bearings or "free-floating" bearings. A standard bearing is a solid piece of metal that runs through the center of the wheel. A "free-floating" bearing is two separate bearings--one on each side of the wheel.

Remove the standard bearing. Put the Allen key into the open bearing on either side of the wheel. With steady pressure, and while holding the outer edges of the wheel, push the entire bearing out from inside the wheel.

Remove the "free-floating"bearing. Insert the flathead screwdriver into the wheel through the open bearing. "Pop" the first bearing out by leveraging it from its space inside the wheel. Essentially you'll need to hold the wheel in one hand, place the flathead on the underside of the bearing (inside the wheel), and bend upward with the handle to force it out. Repeat this step on the second bearing.
