Instructions

    • 1

Gather some moderate speed with a large amount of flat surface ahead of you. If this is your first time attempting the trick, avoid moving too fast since the landing can be difficult at higher speeds.

    • 2

Keep your eyes on a space 5 feet ahead of you and bend your knees slightly.

    • 3

Get in a crouched position and then propel your legs up once you hit the spot which you set as a target. Immediately throw your head and shoulders back. At the same time, lift your knees into your chest and tighten your core.

    • 4

Spot your landing by keeping your head looking underneath you. As your legs flip over, extend your knees slightly and prepare to cushion the impact.

    • 5

Keep the blades of your skates shoulder width apart and bend your knees to accept the landing.
