How to See a Formula 1 Race Overseas

Millions of people from 200 countries are glued to their televisions during Formula 1 Grand Prix races. Motor sport's world governing body called the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) puts Formula 1 in the highest possible class of auto racing. The cars are aerodynamic and reach speeds of 200 miles per hour. It's the world's most expensive sport and very exciting to watch in person.

      Click on the "Tickets and Travel" tab on then Formula 1 website (see Resources below). Enter your currency information, along with flight, hotel, car and race choices. The website will generate price and schedule information for you.

      Go through an independent tour company to book your trip. They take care of everything, even extras you may want to do. It makes planning headache free.

      Compare the cost of buying everything separately. If you're a born bargain hunter, you may save money by buying the tickets, then shopping around for the best flight and hotel deals.
