1
Find the best odds. Check as many sportsbooks online to see which is offering the best odds on games you're interested in betting on. If one site is paying out eight to one and another is paying out 10 to one, choose the second site, as these odds will add significant winnings to your bet should you win. Make your parlay bets and write down what you bet.

2
Set up a spreadsheet. On a printed or hand-made spreadsheet, set aside one row for each parlay bet. Label column 1 "Parlay #." Label column 2 and all the columns needed to fit each team "Teams." For example, if you have a five-team parlay, use columns 2 through 6 for "Teams." Label the next column "Odds" and label the final column "Win/Loss."

3
Assign each parlay bet a number and write that number in column 1. Then, for each parlay, mark the teams you need to win in the columns along the same row. In the "Odds" column, write the odds or payout the sportsbook offers. So, in each row, you should have a bet number, the teams you bet on to win and the odds or payout. Use this setup for each parlay bet you make.
-
4
Follow the games. As the results come in, highlight or check the teams that win. If you win a parlay, all of the teams in a row will be highlighted. Write the amount you won in the "Win/Loss" column of that parlay's row. For losses, mark the amount you bet in the "Win/Loss" column. Add up the "Win/Loss" column when all the games end to total your winnings.
