Boxing Hand Wrap Instructions

A boxer's hands are one of his most important tools. The hand contains many small bones and, therefore, is prone to injury. To help prevent damage to this part of the body, boxers wrap their hands before putting on boxing gloves. There are several methods of hand wrapping, including a simple method used by many professional boxers and their trainers.
