      Stand facing your opponent; your opponent should be looking at you as well.

      Kick your opponent in the stomach with the ball of your foot so that they bend forwards from the force of the kick. Their back is now facing up and their stomach is parallel to the mat.

      Twist your body so that your back is now facing your opponent. At the same time, quickly wrap your forearm around their neck and bring their head to your shoulder.

      Jump into the air and kick your feet out so that you land on your buttocks while still firmly pulling your opponent's head down with you. As a result, their face lands squarely on your shoulder.
