Instructions

1
Create a unique design or logo for your face guard or ear guard, or choose your school mascot or crest. Draw the design yourself or hire an artist to do it for you. Get a sticker printed or have the design airbrushed onto your ear or face guard.
-
2
Choose from a selection of iron-on decals or sewable patches, or create one yourself and have them applied to your wrestling uniform or singlet. Some patches may be available from your school with your school motto, crest or mascot.
-
3
Stencil or draw designs onto your knee or elbow pads. You can put your wrestling number, nickname or a design unique to you right on your knee or elbow pads.
-
4
Have your name or nickname stitched into your wrestling shirt, shorts or singlet. You can place this on the back of the shirt or along the bottom seam of the shorts. Go to an embroidery shop and have them stitch the design for a professional look.
