1
Focus on the team handball court specifications. A regulation Olympic handball court has a line dividing it into two separate courts, both with a goal at the end. Indicate the middle of each sideline, then connect them.
-
2
Construct the goal. An Olympic handball goal or net should be 3 meters wide, 2 meters in height and 1 meter deep. Players need to get the ball into the net and past the goalie using only their hands to score points.
-
3
Format the goalpost parameters. The goal area, shaped like a D, curves 6 meters from each corner and stops 6 meters in front of the goal. There's a similar distance from the goal at any part of the court.
-
4
Look into the other lines on the Olympic handball court. Create a 4-meter restraining line in front of the goalkeeper. Then place a mark at the 7-meter line.
-
5
Create a safety zone for the Olympic handball court. Indicate a 1-meter area between the playing court and the sidelines, along with a 2-meter area on both ends of the court by the goals. Mark the free throw line at 9 meters and the penalty line at 7 meters from each goalpost.
