Secure the facility and a date or dates for the tournament to take place.

Create a detailed listing of the rules and regulations for the tournament. Base your rules on the Official National Amateur Dodgeball Association Rule Book. Decide what kind of format you are going to have for the tournament, such as round robin or bracket. Determine how much of an entrance fee each team needs to pay to enter the tournament.
