How to Make a Football Betting Score Sheet for the Super Bowl
Things You'll Need
- Large board or piece of paper (the bigger the better but can also be done on a standard 8.5-by-11-inch piece of paper)
- Writing utensil
- Second sheet of paper (8.5 by 11 is fine)
- Hat (can substitute with a bowl or large cup)

Creating Super Bowl Squares
-
1
Draw the football betting score sheet onto your large board or piece of paper. The sheet is a large square grid containing 100 boxes; 10 down and 10 across. Make sure to leave space along the margins and enough space in each box to write people's names.
-
2
Write the name of one team across the top of the grid and the name of the other along the side of the grid.
-
3
"Sell" each square and have each person write his name in the square he purchases. Continue this process until the board is filled up.
-
4
Using the second piece of paper, write the numbers zero through nine on nine different slips of paper and place them in the hat.
-
5
Pull out one slip and write that number above the box on the top left corner of the score sheet. Repeat the process until there is a number above all 10 columns. Put all the numbers back in the hat and repeat the process for the 10 rows of the score sheet.
-
6
Determine the winner of the game by matching the final score with the numbers in the grid. For example, let's call the team on top Team A and the team on the side Team B and assume the final score of the game is 34-13. The winning numbers would be "4" for Team A and "3" for Team B.
-
7
Figure out who won by finding the column with the "4" above it and then go down that column until you meet the box in the row that is marked by the "3". The person whose name appears in this box is your winner.
