How to Cancel a Subscription to Sports Illustrated

Sports Illustrated provides both digital and print media to its fan base. Sports Illustrated offers both month-to-month and a full-year plans. The rates differ, but they both have the same cancellation procedure. Users looking to cancel may do so at any time either by phone or by visiting SI's website and contacting the customer service department.

      Visit SI customer service (see Resources) and login. Click on "Cancel your Subscription" at the left side of the page and follow the prompts.

      Send an email to the customer service department at SIDigital@customersvc.com. Include your name, subscription number and last four digits of your credit card. Inform them that you wish to cancel your subscription. If you have a month-to-month subscription, you will be still be billed for the full month. If you have a year subscription, you will continue to receive the entire year magazine subscription.

      Call customer service at 1-866-623-0617. Have your credit card and subscription number at hand. If you can't identify your subscription number, have a copy of your mailing label nearby and ask how to get the number from that.
