How to See a Live Cricket Match

Cricket is a popular bat-and-ball sport in many parts of the world, but knowledge and support for the game is relatively low in the United States. Although cricket in the U.S. dates back over 250 years -- the first recorded match took place in New York in 1751 -- the sport has failed to become part of American culture and is almost impossible to find on television. However, thanks to the Internet, you can watch a considerable number of matches online.

Instructions

    • 1

Open your Internet browser and navigate to myp2p.eu.

    • 2

Click on the "Live Sports" tab at the top of the page. You will then see a list of sports matches that are currently being played. To narrow your search down to just cricket matches, click on the cricket ball icon near the top of the page -- it is the fourth one from left. This will provide you with a list of matches that are in play and ones that will start soon.

    • 3

Select the match you want to watch and click on the TV icon that corresponds to that match. This will provide you with a list of several links to stations that are showing the match.

    • 4

Look for the feed with the strongest signal -- indicated by its rating out of five stars -- and make a note of what software program is required to use that link. Note that feeds with a higher bit rate typically offer a better-quality picture.

    • 5

Click on the "Software" tab at the top of the page and select the corresponding software from the list of programs. This will lead you to a page where you can download the program.

    • 6

Once the software is installed, return to the "Live Sports" section and select the match you want to watch. Choose a link that uses the software program you downloaded and wait for the feed to appear on your screen.
