How to Do a Pop Up Slide
The pop-up slide can help add another dimension to your baseball talents. This base running technique involves standing straight up immediately after sliding into second or third base. The pop-up motion will allow you to save valuable seconds on the base paths and enables you to react quickly if the ball is overthrown. With this move in your arsenal, you will add extra stats to your score sheet and become a legitimate base running threat.
