1
Pour 1 cup of molding latex into a bucket. Molding latex is found at hobby and craft stores to build latex molds for sculptures.
-
2
Add 1 cup of automobile tire sealant to the bucket and stir with a paint stirrer or wooden spoon. This type of sealant is used to repair flat tires.
-
3
Pour in 1 cup of antifreeze with propylene glycol into the bucket. Choose this type over antifreeze with ethylene glycol. Propylene glycol is less toxic and your sealant may leak into the environment.
-
4
Add 1 cup water to the mix and stir well. It should be a thin glue-like consistency. It needs to be runny enough to brush onto the tires.
-
5
Insert a funnel into the opening of a gallon-sized jug. Pour the homemade latex sealant inside to store.
