How to Write a Thank You Note to a Bowling Sponsor
Instructions

1
Write "Dear" and the person or organization who sponsored you in the top left corner, followed by a comma. You can substitute "Dear" with whatever greeting sounds most natural, courteous and best to you. This starts off the thank-you note and lets the reader know to whom it is addressed.
-
2
Write a simple first sentence thanking the person or organization for their sponsorship. Something similar to "Thank you for your strongly appreciated support and sponsorship during the XYZ Bowling Tournament." This first sentence tells the reader that this is a thank-you note and give them a hint of how grateful you are for their support.
-
3
Describe why you value their support and what you appreciate about what they've done for you. This is where the note should get personal, explaining why bowling sponsorship in general is important to you and why you're happy that they're your specific sponsor.
-
4
Explain that you look forward to working with them in the future, planting the seeds for a possible future sponsorship or asserting that you're satisfied with their support and will continue to allow them to sponsor you.
-
5
Thank them one more time with something simple like "Thank you again for all of your confidence and support," and finish the letter by skipping a couple of lines and writing something similar to "Regards," with your name under it. As with the intro, you can use any word or phrase you want here to denote that this is the end of the letter.
