1
Place the skis with the bindings facing up in a vise and tighten it to secure them into position. Push back the toe lock to find the set-screws. Unscrew the bolts and remove the binding from the ski.
-
2
Heat the glue gun and pour hot glue into the old screw holes. Let the glue dry.
-
3
Remove the skis and place them on the flat floor. Use hard floors, not carpeted floors, for this test. Assign an assistant the job of pushing a sheet of paper underneath the ski when you stand on it and flex. Stand in the center of the ski. Push the paper under the ski, near its center flex. Make a motion like you are doing your ski kick to release the pressure from the ski. Push the paper forward until the base of the ski stops its progress. Mark the location of the stuck paper on the top of the ski.
-
4
Place the very end of the binding onto this marked line. Drill new holes to mount the ski using the bindings holes as the position guide.
-
5
Screw the bindings onto the skis at the adjusted and marked points.
