1
Check the O-ring and O-ring seal between the first stage body and the DIN connector if air is leaking out. A dirty or damaged O-ring can cause the leak. Clean the O-ring and the O-ring seat. Also, check if the DIN connector body is loose and tighten accordingly.
-
2
Check the retaining nut on the first stage diaphragm for air leaks. Lock the nut down. If air is still leaking then check for any damage on the diaphragm or the first stage diaphragm seating. If the diaphragm is damaged replace it. If the diaphragm seating is damaged then replace the first stage body.

3
Adjust the intermediate pressure if you notice any air leaking from the second stage. This leakage can be due to too high pressure or a defective poppet seat of HP chamber. Check the poppet seat for damage and replace the O-ring or if the seat is damaged replace the seat. Clean the HP seat and replace the O-ring and backup ring.

4
Look for a damaged or dirty exhaust valve if there are water traces in the second stage. Clean the exhaust valve and ensure it is correctly positioned. Also check the exhaust valve support and the exhaust valve O-ring. A loose mouth piece can also cause water to enter the second stage. Tighten the mouthpiece or replace a faulty clamp.

5
Ensure that the diaphragm is properly positioned if there are vibrations when inhaling. Also make sure that the demand lever is correct or that the poppet spring is not damaged and in the necessary place.
