How to Improve Aggressiveness in Football Players
Football is a sport that relies on skill and speed. However, even a fast and skilled football team can lose a game if it is missing the vital element of aggression. To improve football players' aggressiveness, you need to bring competitive element to their practices. Below is one exercise that helps increase aggressiveness by utilizing skill, contact and competitiveness.
Things You'll Need
- 12 cones
- 5 footballs

Position the cones in a straight line for 12 meters, with 6 on either side. Leave a space of at least 5 meters in between each cone.

Split the number of players in half and put them in different lines. Line them up at one end of the cones.

Throw a ball into the middle of the empty space in between the cones. The players must run around the cones so that they can retrieve the ball and control it down the line of cones. The players should make shoulder contact with each other before making contact with the ball. The winner is the player who can control the ball at the beginning of the cone at which they started.
