Instructions

  1. Changing The Gas Tank

    • 1

Make sure the gas tank is empty and then disconnect it from the engine. Unclamp the gas lines from the engine to the tank to safely remove the tank.

    • 2

Unscrew the gas tank from your cart using the screwdriver. Since there is no room for a gas tank on the inside of the cart, it is on the outside away from a place where it can overheat.

    • 3

Replace the old gas tank with the new gas tank by screwing the new gas tank onto the cart. Make sure to use the new screws so that the tank is firmly attached on the outside of the cart.

    • 4

Reclamp the gas lines from the tank to the engine using the old clamps from the previous tank.

    • 5

Fill up the tank with gas. Start the engine, press the accelerator and listen to see if it sounds OK.
